Bereavement Ministry

Provides future and immediate funeral liturgy planning, assists in funeral liturgies, hosts receptions, and walks with the bereaved through their season of grief.

Additional Information:

Offers support to families in their time of need by assisting with funeral arrangements and providing a reception for funeral guests after the service at the church. Involvement includes:

Donations of salads or desserts when you are able; our callers will contact you and you can respond according to your availability
Help with the funerals themselves: Readers, Eucharistic Ministers, altar servers, Greeters and Ushers
Help with the Receptions: set up and serve; dish washers; general clean-up.
